We are looking for an awesome Account Manager to join our expanding creative design studio, based in West Yorkshire. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a number of key accounts, working with a wide range of well-known brands. You should be an enthusiastic and positive person, who strives to exceed expectations for both clients and internal staff, maintaining our high standards throughout.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Development of existing client relationships, being alert to new business opportunities with existing clients, whilst reaching out to potential opportunities in the wider market
• Be involved in client and product research, familiarisation and brainstorming across both traditional and digital projects, including website development
• Collaborate with internal Digital specialist to implement strategic social and paid digital campaigns, including Twitter, Facebook and Google Adwords
• Attend client-briefing and project meetings with the designers/team leader/Director
• Track and produce monthly campaign reports for key clients, using Google Analytics and MOZ
• Brief and scope out projects with the design team
• Prepare cost proposals and schedules for projects, helping to define project scope, resource requirements and identifying any technical or third party requirements
• Ensuring your accounts are run with efficiency and effectiveness so that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Being responsible for ensuring that relevant clients and account team members are kept up to date on project developments: changes in timings, costs and any issues arising managing expectations on both sides
• Delivery of client presentations and pitches
• Working with the Director to oversee the work schedule within studio
• Liaising with production teams and printers
• Supporting Director with business development within the agency, assisting with long term growth plans

Key attributes include:
• At least 3 years’ experience in a web/design/marketing agency, implementing strategic campaigns
• Personality to quickly establish effective relationships across all clients
• Strong literacy, writing and proof reading skills are essential
• Relevant understanding of marketing analytics
• Experience in Social and Digital Media campaigns is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent organisation and timekeeping, with exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated, natural problem solver and a key team player
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft package including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Confident in liaising and negotiating with external suppliers
