We have an exciting opportunity to appoint an Account Executive to work as part of a highly successful team on one of our largest retail accounts.

On a day-to-day basis the key things you’ll be involved with will be;

• Daily contact with clients, developing and maintaining a close and productive relationship with relevant contacts.

• Responding promptly to client requests, managing expectations in terms of speed and delivery of response, using appropriate briefing/admin structures.

• Working with Account Managers to ensure all jobs are scheduled on time and budget.

• Issuing and distribute regular ‘work in progress’ reports internally and externally.

• Issuing contact reports for key meetings and telephone conversations.

• Working with Account Managers to research and prepare background information for briefs/pitches/presentations.

• Developing an understanding of the client’s business.

What you’ll need

• To be successful you’ll need some experience gained in an agency environment and a passion for – or ideally some experience of – digital communications.

• You will need excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to prioritise a busy workload.

• Excellent attention to detail, team working skills and the ability to work within a fast paced environment, towards tight deadlines.

• A flexible attitude and approach.
