B2C Account Executive – Liverpool

Following a flood of new business we are looking for talented hard-working PR professionals to join our team in Liverpool.

We have a vacancy for a creative Account Executive with at least one year’s experience, a stellar contacts book and a passion to work hard as part of a driven team of like-minded professionals.

Successful applicants will work on both well established and brand new regional and national clients across Think’s core sectors of retail, property, fitness and fashion in Liverpool. There will be opportunity to work in our London office on occasion.

To be considered for the position candidates must ensure that they fulfill the following requirements:
Consumer-facing PR experience, gained either in-house or at another agency, or other relevant experience
Proven media relations skills – whether its your little black book of contacts or the ability of being able to shape ideas and pitch them in to journalists, media relations is integral to this role
Strong writing skills, a good nose for news and excellent attention to detail
An interest in the media and issues affecting the consumer and our clients
– Able to take clear directions but then work on own initiative
Be a team player and work to create innovative and creative campaign ideas for our clients
Excellent organisational and coordination skills
Events and press day co-ordination
Experience with all Apple software including MacMail, Pages, Numbers and Keynote or equivalent

Specific responsibilities
Developing press releases, web copy and other media materials under supervision
Daily media sell ins/ring rounds
Playing a key role in campaign implementation
Idea generation
Account administration and support
Event management and support
Research for new business purposes
Attendance at marketing and networking events

Competitive salary dependent on experience
20 days holiday (excluding Bank Holidays)
