Account Director

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, flexible senior team player to help shape the future of the agency. We’ve a mix of client brands in a number of sectors so you’ll a solid background in managing accounts at senior manager/ board level across both campaigns and branding. You’ll be adept at managing a small but growing team. Ideally you’ll be degree qualified in an appropriate subject (marketing, media), a member of the CIM, with experience in a similar role.

• Be an entrepreneurial, flexible senior team player
• Offer strategic consultancy to clients across the marketing mix
• Day to day management and handling of client accounts
• Write and present strategic plans to achieve clients’ needs
• Input to and shape new business strategy (although this is definitely not a new business role)
• Be responsible for delivering agreed client financial targets
• Manage, motivate and develop team members
• Input to company policy on client services, pricing, marketing and staff development in relation to client needs
• Provide operational management of agency where required
• Be brilliant, inspiring and a joy to work with
