We are seeking an experienced digital Account Director to join our busy Leeds city centre Office at twentysix – an award winning full service digital marketing agency.

Candidates should have excellent client management, communication and problem solving skills.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

– Build and grow client relationships
– Understanding their business and generating new ideas to enhance performance
– Build trust, credibility and client referrals
– Develop multi-tiered agency-client relationships and ties
– Achieve client targets/KPIs within the context of the opportunity

STRATEGIC ACCOUNT PLANNING

– Proactive strategic and innovative input into client plans
– Effective cross selling between the agency divisions
– Preparing and pitching new functionality and ideas
– Optimising the client relationship at all levels across all disciplines.

COMMERCIAL OBJECTIVES

– Maintain or improve account profitability
– Effective maximisation of client budgets
– Effective and efficient forecasting of client spend
– Good commercial management of the account

TEAM

– Effectively manage and support the Account Management team
– Assist in the training and development of more junior team members
– Identify skills gaps and plan training with the Head of Client Services.
– Foster a teamwork and collaborative working environment
– Provide team and individual leadership that rewards productivity and results
– Execute performance reviews where necessary
