As a Senior Specialist sitting within one of our Client Pods, you’ll need to combine your deep channel knowledge and insight, with your commercial and strategic awareness to support our client’s growth objectives. Reporting directly into the Client Leadership Director and supporting the Client Partner, you must be able to ensure the client accesses the best of Epiphany & Jaywing’s people, knowledge and tools, to be proactive as well as reactive in your recommendations.

We are looking for an approachable, hands-on, organised Account Manager to join the team. Someone who understands how to liaise with clients as a focal point is keen to roll up their sleeves and get involved with the deliverables too. We'll want you to build relationships with the clients and communicate with the team. In terms of our growth plans over the next couple of years, this is an important role. You will be responsible for making sure agreed client work is delivered on time, the team are up to date with client communications and ultimately helping clients grow.

We’re looking for someone who’s confident managing teams, supervising their work and helping them grow. Able to manage each account efficiently, liaising with clients and ensuring we deliver the highest level of service. You’ll also play a major role in the pitching, winning and development of new business opportunities.
