AGENCY SPRING Manchester – an Anglo/Danish B2B agency – is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Account Director to play a key role in building the agency’s position in the UK market.

Working directly with the Managing Director, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, working to build the business and ensure successful strategic development of the UK operation.

You will also be part of a 115 strong team across 4 offices in UK, DK and South Vietnam.

Key responsibilities
• Actively identifying new opportunities and contacts with existing and potential
• Leading brand strategic as well as tactical client projects
• Help drive operations, develop the unit’s business foundation and
participating in day- to-day business decisions

Key skills
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in managing and growing B2B accounts
within an agency environment
• A brand strategic thinker with great planning and organisational skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Knowledge of B2B clients in the Built Environment an advantage
• Experienced in digital / social media
