We’re an agency that’s constantly growing and we need an experienced Account Director to manage our work in our Leeds or Amsterdam office.
We’re looking for someone who’s confident managing teams, supervising their work and helping them grow.
Able to manage each account efficiently, liaising with clients and ensuring we deliver the highest level of service. You’ll also play a major role in the pitching, winning and development of new business opportunities.
Some areas of responsibility:
- Plan and organise resource and support across accounts.
- Develop and maintain solid client relationships at senior levels.
- Effectively manage your team at all times, including their recruitment, assessment, encouragement and development.
- Quality control of creative process and output.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities for incremental income.
- Experience of presenting
- Experience of delivering client proposals and pitches
- Ability to provide strategic solutions
- Strong communicator
- Time management
