We’re looking for an Insight Manager to deliver clarity at speed and turn insights into action.

What you will do

  • Create clear data stories; answer “what”, “why”, and “so what” to help answer strategic marketing questions
  • Access, manipulate and interpret data to inform your strategic decisions
  • Co-create a market-leading insights proposition
  • Develop a deep understanding of the agency and its purpose, vision and mission for the insights team
  • Create the foundations for an insight function with a cutting edge point of view on 3rd party tools and platforms, and processes in delivering output
  • Democratise data and insights to help the agency add clarity and make better marketing decisions together
  • Visualise data and create market-leading dashboards
  • Prioritise core insight work across the data team


  • You can tell beautifully curated stories through data insights
  • You have experience working with senior client stakeholders
  • You understand best-in-class insights practices; how they operate; what role they play across agencies and/or consultancies; what works, and what doesn’t
  • You know your way around core data systems (eg SQL, R, Python) and can manipulate the data to find core insights
  • You should have extensive knowledge of data vis tools and platforms
  • You have the appetite to make us famous
