New Business Development Manager
Totality GCS are an award-winning strategic design agency with 30 years of international experience working with many of the world’s biggest brands, specialising in FMCG packaging design.
We are looking for a Senior New Business Development Manager to join our growing team on either a full or part time basis. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, well-regarded agency, working in a sociable, supportive and challenging environment.
This is a senior role which involves marketing the company’s services and developing new business. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent pipeline of significant and sustainable opportunities. Working closely with the Senior Management Team you will be supported in nurturing existing and lapsed client relationships, defining new target markets, whilst also highlighting new channels for growth.

Qualifications / Requirements
You must be a self-motivated, forward thinking individual who is experienced in developing and delivering on a new business strategy, with a proven history of growing a healthy new business pipeline. Ideally with a suitable agency background you will be someone who is equipped to help take the business to the next level. A thorough understanding of the design and artwork process is essential in order to inspire clients, new and old, with ideas and endless possibilities. You will have excellent communication skills, be driven, a positive team player and pro-active.
- Lead generation
- Marketing our services through targeted campaigns in order to grow our client base
- Identify new business opportunities and ways to present the company’s services.
- Building long-term client relationships
- Prepare monthly reports
- Monitor industry trends and carry out client and competition research
- Liaising with internal departments and key stakeholders to ensure clear delivery, communication, co-operation and efficient information exchange to aid thesales process.
