Integrated Marketing Analyst

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer to join our growing Integrated Marketing team. This person will be integral in helping deliver effective and successful campaigns for clients, no matter the channel.

Within the Integrated team, you will work closely with clients and front office teams to develop recommendations and activate tactical campaigns across channels. Supporting the team head and manager, you’ll be managing social media accounts, developing paid media plans, providing SEO recommendations and using data to inform longer-term strategies for our growing clients.

Key Accountabilities

  • Have proven knowledge and experience across key areas of the digital marketing mix including social management, paid social, SEO and PPC
  • Be able to work across a wide range of projects, supporting key clients whilst managing your own projects and retainers
  • Plan, develop and execute best-in-class content for key social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Build and activate paid media campaigns on social (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, GoogleAds), delivering ROI for clients through data-led targeting, testing and on-going reports
  • Proven knowledge of SEO best practices (including technical) with the ability to run website audits, highlight opportunities, provide on-site recommendations and deliver keyword and content recommendations
  • Comfortable with one-to-one client contact, communicating through weekly performance calls, client meetings and day-to-day comms
  • Use analytics and insight tools to monitor performance and build strategies
  • Produce accurate and insightful, client-facing reports on a regular basis
  • Knowledge of PPC, UX, CRO, analytics, programmatic, development, wider marketing mixes desirable, but not essential
  • Hungry to learn more and expand your digital marketing knowledge through online resources and knowledge sharing

Skills Required

  • Previous agency experience in a marketing or similar role
  • Experience of social media marketing best practices and trends
  • Experience in content creation, design or copywriting desirable
  • Ability to present work in a meaningful way directly to clients and internal teams
  • An excellent level of analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use formulas and formatting to streamline reporting, forecasting and insight tasks
  • Experience with key analytics and marketing platforms/tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Falcon, Pulsar, GoogleAds, ScreamingFrog and SEMRush
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills
