PR Account Manager

As a result, we are now beginning our search for an Account Manager to help support our growth plans.
As only the second permanent member of staff, you will be a vital part of a small team and will be the main point of day-to-day contact for our clients, driving the day-to-day activities for our portfolio of B2B clients. Directly supporting the Associate Director and Managing Director, you will play a highly pivotal role in client engagement and strategy, delivering on the agreed campaign targets and meeting KPIs.
You will be at the forefront of media relations, so will be confident and comfortable on the phone speaking to journalists, whether to pitch a press release, thought leadership article or to set up an interview. Content creation will also form a large part of this role, so a passion for writing, especially technical pieces, is essential.
You will demonstrate passion for the clients you have worked with as an Account Manager or a Senior Executive. You will have led in client-facing meetings and have in-depth experience building new media relationships that can positively raise the profile of a clients campaign. You will have a proven track record of utilising social media across multiple platforms from a corporate perspective as well as in-depth knowledge of producing content across multi channels.
