Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and implement channel-specific content and tailored campaign material to support brand awareness, lead generation and cross-sell efforts
  • Coordinate and execute the timely delivery of all direct channel activity in coordination with wider sales and marketing communications plans, ensuring delivery is continuously tested and optimised for customer engagement and meets brand standards
  • Coordinate the email production process from brief to deployment including the production of assets, build, and optimisation of campaigns
  • Assist in the maintenance of quality and integrity within the CRM and database, ensuring its effective segmentation for targeted/personalised sales and marketing activities
  • Ensure all connected activity across all online and offline channels is tailored, executed and optimised in line with wider plans and timings
  • Management and coordination of company events, webinars and roundtables
  • Support the creation and deployment of internal communications efforts to effectively distribute information across the business
  • On-going administration, monitoring and reporting of sales and marketing activity, and the reviewing of results in line with objectives and budgets

Skills Needed:

  • A highly organised self-starter with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to turn copy into engaging content and adapt it for audiences and channels
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of tasks from inception to conclusion
  • Friendly and outgoing, able to forge and build good working relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a sales and marketing role with good knowledge of CRM systems and practices
