Campaigns Officer

We’re looking for a campaigns officer to join our communications team and help deliver a comprehensive service to communities, staff and stakeholders.

The role involves leading the Service’s campaign work to improve public safety and achieve other corporate objectives, working alongside team members and colleagues across the organisation.

You’ll use data and insight to plan creative campaigns, use a mixture of channels to reach target audiences, evaluate results and ensure delivery on objectives.

Communicating during emergencies, media relations and delivering communications activity to support projects, events and consultations are all part of this varied role.

The successful candidate will be experienced in all elements of campaign planning, implementation and evaluation. A positive team player who can adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure, you’ll thrive in an environment where every day brings something different. This is a permanent, full time position based at Service headquarters in Fulwood. It is a requirement of the post to provide an on-call communications service on a rota basis.
