Account Executive

Due to existing client growth and a number of new business wins, we are looking for a proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our Client Services team in Leeds.

You will join a supportive and high performing team who pride themselves on building strong partnerships with our clients. You will work closely with an Account Director and Senior Account Managers, assisting with everything from client communication and campaign development to project management and reporting. When you join Epiphany, you will receive in depth training across all departments to further develop your skills within digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively build internal relationships and support with the management of workflow and deliverables
  • Keep track of projects and ensure we hit our deadlines
  • Ensure contact and status reports are always up to date and shared with our clients
  • Review and report on campaign performance with exceptional attention to detail
  • Think from a client perspective and make sure that our deliverables meet and exceed their expectations
  • Support AD’s and SAM’s with budget management and invoicing

Skills Needed:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Can easily build rapport and flex your communication style as appropriate
  • Highly organised, proactive and adaptable
  • A can-do attitude and eager to learn
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
  • Comfortable working on several things at once, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • An understanding of and interest in digital marketing, ideally with a minimum of one years’ experience
  • Strong understanding of the role of account management
