This role will sit in our Digital Operations Services Team servicing key global clients ensuring their web presence is kept up to date. It will be your role to assist client staff and their administrators in making the necessary changes and amends to their websites.

You will be pro-active in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with both the content and code and be adept at providing work-arounds when required. All the while you’ll keep calm under pressure, ensuring all key stakeholders are informed and updated regularly on the status of requests.

Roles and Responsibilities

– Liaise with clients to diagnose and implement fixes to correct issues.
– Liaise with developers on fixes/enhancements as well as source control and release procedure.
– Use up-to-date debugging and diagnoses procedures in Visual Studio (break points, steps etc.).
– Maintain and update content on client sites.
– Willingness to learn new technologies like Hybris, EpiServer, Tridion etc.
– Can do attitude to development work and problem solving.

Competencies and Skills Required

– Experience in HTML, Java and may have experience with ASP.Net, C#, SQL along with some experience of maintaining website content and web based applications.
– Quick to learn and a natural problem solver with the ability to logically break down requests and find routes for investigation, whether this be communicated at a technical level or as a customer services response to non-technical people.
– Experience of planning and prioritising work and be able to seek out information that is not immediately available.
– Working knowledge of Excel, Word and other office applications.
– The ability to provide great customer service whilst working in a fast paced environment.
