Media Operations Director

aps is a successful, diverse and well-established live events and media production company located in the grounds of Abney Park, Cheadle. We specialise in the production of global events and creating exciting and innovative digital media within the healthcare industry.

Due to expansion, a new role has been created for a Media Operations Director to lead and oversee the management of our media dept and technical/IT teams with a strong focus on future proofing systems, procedures and delivery.

You will work closely with the company Directors and Account Directors to develop best practice that supports all aspects of external project delivery and internal resource and structure, and implement an integrated strategy for the studio and technical/IT teams to work together in research and innovation to maintain aps Events and Media’s enviable position in the digital world. 

Experience of operational management of studio and technical teams, including freelancers is essential, as is experience of managing preferred supply-chain partners and the development of systems, infrastructure and hardware solutions to increase efficiency.
