Role responsibilities

  • Managing our client experience from your first interaction.
  • Client onboarding and administration.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with a strong working knowledge of key contractual provisions – Clients and suppliers.
  • Supplier management.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue or work more efficiently.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with the new business and client services teams.
  • Overseeing the daily operation of the office, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for staff and visitors.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for team members.
  • Daily set-up of the office, organising client lunches and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and manage the company’s events in conjunction with the Brand team.

Skills and knowledge

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role or one containing similar experience.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen.
  • Authoritative, which is how you carry both yourself and your message within the organisation and when client-facing.
  • Able to lead persuasive negotiations with strong influencing skills
  • Experience in relationship-building
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a drive to complete tasks to a very high standard.
