Step 2 – Convert 

Your business exists to sell your product or service, how does your acquisition funnel affect your onsite conversion, what specific journey is your customer taking through your website, how can we get them into and out of the checkout as quickly as possible? Where are your onsite blocks, how do we eliminate these?

Step 3 – Retain

You have done all the hard work getting your new customers into the acquisition funnel, now you must keep them. What are you doing to remarket to them? How are your email flows set up? What incentives are you giving your customers to keep coming back? If you are a social brand what is your content strategy?

After working in retail for almost 20 years, more than 10 of which have been spent online. I decided to create ACR with the idea that any business no matter the size or budget can carve out a niche for themselves and own it. Through our 3 step approach every campaign we run or web enhancement we make has to have a clear strategy and SMART goal.
