Libby Witherden and Colette Brown, the former marketing team at Capital Properties, have launched new agency Solid Ground.
The marketing and events firm will specialise in the property industry, creating and delivering bespoke place-making strategies for clients across the country.
The team, led by MD Witherden and operations director Brown, already has a number of clients.
These include Muse Developments for their New Bailey and City Place sites, Helical Bar for Churchgate and Lee, Worthington Developments for 125 Deansgate, and Columbia Threadneedle for Courage Yard in London.
Solid Ground will be based at Churchgate House in central Manchester.
Witherden said: “We have a wealth of experience in the team and so setting up Solid Ground felt like an obvious next step for us.
“We’re looking forward to some really exciting projects and events and have ambitions for a slow but steady growth of our portfolio.”
