Polaris will be providing a range of services including publicity campaigns in national, international, regional and trade media. It will also be helping to promote an imminent rebrand of the product as well as creating social media and e-newsletter campaigns.

Polaris director Ben Pinnington said: “Cataclean is a fantastic product and has a highly impressive entrepreneurial team driving its growth both in the UK and overseas.

“This is exactly the kind of company we want to work with which is suited to our background, as entrepreneurs ourselves, and as engineering specialists.

“Our job is to generate a consistently high profile for Cataclean so it becomes even better known among motorists and the motoring media.”

Cataclean’s corporate development director Graham Fraser added: “Having a high media profile is essential for a product like Cataclean. We will be working with Polaris to promote brand development in 2014 and communicate effectively our positive news both in the UK and abroad.”

Polaris picked up a separate PR and marketing brief recently from Japanese engineering firm Yuken Kogyo Co.
