Swedish cider leads to six figure Brazen success

MixMatch_Banner_AllProducts_1024x1024Manchester-based PR agency Brazen has won a six figure account with international drinks business, Chilli Marketing.

The northern quarter outfit is tasked with delivering consumer and trade PR for its entire portfolio of drinks brands including a major campaign for iconic Swedish flavoured cider brand Rekorderlig.

Additionally Brazen will be launching new premium Swedish lager, Abro, into the UK in 2014, as well as developing campaigns for beers brandsCusqueña and Saint.

The agency already works for Southern Comfort and Greenall’s Gin and counts Halewood International brands (Red Square, Lambrini, Bravara and Café Kiss) among its former clients.

They won the six-figure account after a four-way pitch featuring both Manchester and London-based agencies.

Chilli Marketing’s marketing director Gemma Copping said Brazen shared the same ethos. “The team also demonstrated a real understanding of the market, our consumers and what was needed to put both brands at the top of their game in PR terms.”
