Creativeworld completes marketing campaign for major Aberdeen development

Creativeworld in Lancashire has just finished working on a major new retail offering in the centre of Aberdeen.

The agency was appointed by property agency, Cushman and Wakefield following their acquisition of the Bon Accord & St Nicholas shopping centres earlier this year.

Creativeworld was brought in to create and produce a full marketing campaign for the investment opportunity, which attracts 13m+ visitors annually.

“When a scheme of this nature becomes available to the market it is important for us as a creative agency to be able to take as much pressure off the client as possible, allowing them to focus on the sale of the investment, which in turn allows us to do what we do best,” explained Creativeworld’s James Wood.

The team produced a 72-page portfolio, including custom maps and charts as well as artistic photography. Alongside this was an interactive website, with downloadable documents, which were only accessibly via a secure log-in.

“Time management plays a huge role in what we do here, from the organisation of onsite photography through to the designing of maps, charts and page layouts, it all has to be done within the time frame provided by the client,” continued Woods.
