Multi million pound regeneration brief for Active Profile

Active Profile has been awarded the public relations and marketing contract for the £113m regeneration of the Brunswick area of Manchester.

S4B, the consortium appointed to manage and deliver the project appointed Active Profile following a 5-way competitive pitch.

“In their pitch, Active Profile demonstrated they have the skills, experience and creative ideas required for the project. Their energy and enthusiasm for the scheme shone through and we’re looking forward to the delivery of an effective communications strategy for the scheme,” stated Cordelia Taylor, project manager for S4B.

The consortium is led by investment company Equitix and includes Galliford Try, Mears and Contour Homes.

“S4B has impressive plans for the Brunswick area, which we are delighted to be taking into the public domain with Manchester City Council for planning approval and delivery in the coming months,” added Anna Heyes, managing director of Active Profile.

The Brunswick redevelopment will see improvements to the area’s layout, the refurbishment of 650 existing homes and the building of 500 more.

Active Profile, which has offices in Manchester and Liverpool is now implementing a strategic PR, brand and marketing campaign to support the planning application, consultation and development phases.
