ProlificNorthLive: Dave Chaffey and AO’s Yossi Erdman among Marketing keynote speakers

ProlificNorthLive Logo 2015We’re pleased to confirm the five speakers for the Marketing session of the Keynote Theatre at ProlificNorthLive.

They are Dave Chaffey/Smart Insights, Yossi Erdman/ao.com, Naomi Hahn/Autotrader, Bryan Adams/Ph.Creative and Andy Thompson/Iceland Foods.

The Marketing keynote session at ProlificNorthLive is sponsored by the programmatic marketing platform Rocket Fuel.

ProlificNorthLive will be the biggest ever media, marketing and creative industries expo to be staged outside London, and 100 companies have now signed up to exhibit.

Attendance at these keynotes and the rest of the expo is free and you can register here, but we are also reserving a number of tickets for each of the 200-seat conference sessions for visitors who would like to secure their places for the Keynote sessions in advance.

Yossi’s career started as a radio DJ and voiceover talent but then unexpectedly he moved from sunny Tel Aviv to the UK and fell in love… with social media.

Yossi joined ao.com four years ago to maintain a small Facebook page with 2,000 fans, where he and the team at ao.com decided to make kitchen appliances fun and engaging.

Using competitions, videos, funny posts and effective Facebook advertising, they managed to increase the community to over 1.6 million fans.

Today he manages the ao.com brand, including the TV and press advertising. However, it all started with social media…

Yossi believes that with good content and personality, the ROI will follow.

 

Naomi Hahn Naomi Hahn

Naomi is jointly responsible for the audience and brand functions within the business focused on growing both consumer and customer audiences and maintaining a strong sense of brand both internally and externally.

She joined Auto Trader in 2007 to build the display advertising sales team; taking sales in-house resulted in significant growth and a market-leading programmatic strategy.

In 2015, Naomi moved to head up the marketing team leading the brand strategy and influencing new product development.

Prior to Auto Trader Naomi worked for advertising.com, a display advertising network where she held various sales leadership roles working with agencies and direct clients on display, PPC and email campaigns, before leaving the company in the summer of 2007 to take part in the BBC TV show, The Apprentice.

Naomi graduated from UCL with a BA in modern European studies with French and Spanish.

Andy is a digital professional with nearly 15 years on the client side of marketing. Working in a range of sectors, from the motor industry to the battery world, from accounting to the spa world, no sector has been off limits!

The past 15 years have seen him help promote the first ever live motor auction site, create the first website of the UK’s only natural hot spa and advising a number of the UK’s largest firms on their social customer service strategies… but always fighting the battle of proving digital to traditional marketing mindsets.

Andy now heads up the social media team at Iceland Foods. He has the day-to-day challenge of overseeing all social content, communications and campaigns for Iceland with a particular focus on the Power of Frozen campaign that was rolled out in April of 2015.

Andy will share his thoughts and experiences on working for one of the UK’s most famous brands.

Author of Inbound Marketing book, ‘Getting Goosebumps’, speaker and CEO/founder of the award-winning digital marketing agency, Ph.Creative, Bryan is a self-confessed social media addict and blogger with a passion for storytelling, digital strategy and making things as simple and effective as possible.

As an industry expert and commentator with over 10 years’ experience, he has worked with a blue-chip portfolio of clients, including MasterCard, Dominos, Bupa, Virgin Media, Vodafone, Tesco, Dulux and Nationwide Building Society.

Bryan has delivered keynote talks across Asia, the Americas and Europe and his writing has featured in various top ranking blogger lists with his own agency blog ranked in the current top 100 UK marketing list.

Bryan is currently ranked as 21st most influential marketer in the UK on social media by Brand Republic and Klout.
