theEword is to lead the digital strategy for GoToJobBoard, a specialist site offering non-medical and non-clinical roles for the NHS.

The Manchester-based agency will construct and deliver a fully-integrated online campaign to promote the website and underline its niche in sourcing NHS positions.

“We’re really excited to be working with GoToJobBoard. Though we have experience with recruitment, the health sector is brand new for us and something we can’t wait to sink our teeth into,” explained managing director, Daniel Nolan.

“With the job board sector being so open and well-connected, a key consideration for us throughout the campaign will be to work with GoToJobBoard’s other suppliers to ensure maximum impact. We’re confident that our strategy will make them stand out amongst their competitors in the digital sphere by emphasising their unique selling point.”

The 12-month campaign will include content development, social media engagement, search engine optimisation, creative support and seeking potential brand ambassadors. The agency will also assist with its annual Unsung Heroes Awards.

“Having given theEword a month to research our industry and plan the campaign, their resulting presentation and enthusiasm to engage in the job board sector were really impressive. That, coupled with their clear digital know-how and commercial skill, made them a natural choice for us. We’re looking forward to seeing how the campaign progresses,” added Mark Cherry, digital sales and marketing manager of the Manchester-based GoToJobBoard.
