Elementary Digital expands team and opens London office
Elementary Digital has expanded its team and doubled turnover in the past 12 months following a string of key contract wins and a successful consultancy project with Leeds Beckett University.
The Leeds agency now employs 10 people and has recently completed projects for global IT security software company Watchguard, Yorkshire-based Ogden Energy Group and care home supplies firm Beaucare Medical.
A second Elementary Digital office has now opened in London, servicing clients in the Midlands and South of England, including central London, Telford and Middlesex.
A collaboration with Leeds Beckett University and Business Growth Calderdale led to the firm working with 20 businesses in the Calder Valley to develop their digital marketing strategy.
Managing director Gyles Seward, who founded Elementary Digital in 2012, said the Calderdale project had demonstrated that businesses were keen to understand how digital marketing could support their growth.
“Companies want to know how their online activity can help them communicate with their customers and ultimately win them more business,” he said.
Seward said digital marketing was now the fastest growing area of the business.
“New website builds will always make up a significant proportion of our work but a growing number of businesses now recognise the need for digital marketing and conversion expertise to make their existing site work harder for them.
“We expect this side of the business to power our own growth over the next 12 months and we are actively recruiting now to support further expansion.”
