Northumbrian Water partners with Mando

Mando Group has signed a 3 year deal with Northumbrian Water Group.

NORTHUMBRIANThe contract will see the Liverpool agency develop a digital strategy and produce work for its main websites, customer self-serve areas and a number of microsites.

“We’re thrilled to have won this prestigious contract through a very competitive tender process,” said Dan Prior, commercial director of Mando Group.

“It firmly strengthens our presence in the utilities sector, not only for ongoing technical support and development but also strategic consulting and design.”

The water company supplies 2.7m people in the North East of England and also 1.8m in the South East through its sister company, Essex & Suffolk Water.

“We chose Mando for their digital expertise beyond our sector and they have proven that they understand the needs of our business and most importantly our customers perfectly,” said Claire Sharp, customer director at Northumbrian Water.

“We’re excited to be working with Mando, tapping into their creativity and know how, and I’m confident our digital estate will be in great hands.”
