Manchester-based cloud computing company Outsourcery, the company led by new Dragons’ Den star Piers Linney, has sold a small mobile phone distribution business for an undisclosed sum.

In a stock market statement, the company said it had been sold to an unnamed UK mobile services operator.

The move completes the sale of Outsourcery’s mobile operations, with Daisy Group having purchased the group’s Vodafone mobile services business for £12m in 2011.

Since then Outsoucery has focused on its core cloud computing services, working with the likes of Virgin Media Business, BT and HP.

It said today: “Revenues for the mobile distribution business had been separately accounted for by the group. The sale will have no material impact on working capital.”

The company floated on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in May with a market value of £34.6m.
