The creative, tech and marketing industries are in the process of getting used to our new normal - and for many, things are still incredibly uncertain.

This extended period of uncertainty is troubling for both employers and those looking for work - and in a short space of time, the coronavirus crisis has turned the jobs market on its head.

It's become increasingly clear that we are in the midst of not just a once-in-a-generation crisis, but the kind of moment that will probably end up defining all our lifetimes.
