Nick Marchant, founder and creative director of Maker Projects, said: “We wanted to try a new direction for Simply Be by developing a simple, polished strong look and carrying this through all the films. Each film has its own simple concept, resulting in a stunning campaign.

“The Simply Be team have been great to work with and have supported our new approach to their strong brand identity. We look forward to seeing the success of the AW13 campaign and working with Simply Be on the upcoming Christmas projects.”

Simply Be marketing coordinator Eleni Kettles added: “We thought Maker’s ideas were fresh and brought something new to the table in terms of video assets for Simply Be. The balance of fashion, yet it feeling accessible is most definitely there.”

Manchester-based Maker Projects, which was founded in 2003 and doubled staff numbers with the appointment of five new directors in May, has also created campaigns for Adidas, Carhartt, Revolution Bars, Finisterre and Dare2b.
