Leeds-based Source Marketing Communications has promoted Martha Phillips to director.
Phillips joined the Leeds-based PR agency in May 2015 and has played a “key role in growing existing client accounts and winning new business”, it said.

Source, which is run by Steve Clark, Peter Downey and Daniel Kennedy, celebrated its 15th anniversary this year and has launched a new website and logo.
Downey said: “Martha’s elevation to the board recognises her achievements over the last year and the key part she will play in shaping Source’s future. The agency continues to grow beyond traditional marketing and communications and Martha’s appointment has enhanced this area for us.”
Phillips added: “This is an exciting time for Source plus it is a real honor to help such an established and experienced PR agency develop and expand. Sitting on the board provides me a greater opportunity to manage our next phase of growth.”
Phillips’ clients include Whitakers Chocolates, Ultimate Finance, Ellis Patents, Cashino and Beacon Bingo.
She also sits on The Firecracker Ball Committee and continues to teach part-time at Leeds Beckett University. Before joining Source, Martha worked for the National Apprenticeship Service.
