Property marketing agency Elevation has been appointed by GMI and has also announced a new hire.
The Leeds agency will be updating GMI’s group identity and sub-brands, creating new corporate comms and launching a new website for GMI’s property division.

GMI is one of Yorkshire’s largest developers and the company behind developments such as Bridgewater Place and Thorpe Park.
Elevation has also brought in Nick Whincup as account manager. His previous roles include marketing manager for the Diamond Group in Newcastle.
