Truth in Manchester has appointed Helen Salvin as account executive.
Salvin joins from Barrett Dixon Bell, where she specialised in the healthcare, packaging and processing, and engineering sectors.
“Truth’s honest and dynamic approach to business communications is very much in line with my own way of working. The team is exceptionally knowledgeable in PR and offers a friendly, stimulating environment in which to work,” she said.
Salvin will work on accounts including Wates, LPC Living, Countryside and Allport Cargo Services.
Her arrival takes the agency’s headcount to 19.
