Kate Thomas has been promoted to client services director by Chester digital agency Reckless.
Thomas, who was previously senior digital account manager, will join the senior management team.
There have been five other appointments at the agency, which saw 72% growth in turnover in 2015.
Ian Maguire has joined as head of consultancy, Jessica Muirhead has been appointed a developer, and Scott Taylor has become content and outreach executive.
Francesca Humphries has become studio co-ordinator and Emily Strickland the new ‘fame creator’.
