At Weber, Peters headed up planning and insight and led on accounts including Holiday Inn, QHotels, Warburtons and Aldi mother & baby.

MD and founder Rick Guttridge said: “It’s an accolade for the current team that someone as highly thought of as Hayley, from a major agency, has opted to join us to help take our business to the next level. Her wealth of experience working at a global agency, coupled with her proven track record in delivering strategic campaigns for big consumer brands is the ideal fit for us and how we want to shape the business going forward.”

Guttridge added that 2014 had seen revenue hit £1m and win “several more major national brands”. He added: “We have a clear vision and plan of where we’re going and a growing, passionate team in place to deliver it. Hayley fits that perfectly.”

Peters, who had been at Weber for eight years, added: “I’m really excited to be part of a fast-growing dynamic business with a strong focus on nurturing and investing in talent. The agency has achieved so much in just four years and the team has big ambitions for the future.”
