His promotion comes as part of a management restructure which sees Graeme Wood – the firm’s former managing director – becoming chief executive.

Wood said: “Wayne has been instrumental to the growth of One Marketing over the last few years. His expertise, strategic approach and enthusiasm about marketing combine to give brand decision makers real confidence that we can maximise their sector positioning.

“These credentials make Wayne the perfect person to drive our business operations and take the company to the next level, so I am thrilled to welcome him into the role.”

Silver added: “One Marketing is a fantastic company with huge potential. As well as having an excellent portfolio of retained clients, we have a very strong new business pipeline and an exceptional team in place to help businesses achieve their marketing objectives.

“Whether the brief is to increase awareness, improve sentiment, drive web traffic or boost sales – we are always keen to speak to firms about how our integrated approach can help deliver results.”

One Marketing, which has 35 staff in total, works with B2B and B2C clients including Taylor Wimpey, Danbro, Hoover Candy and United Utilities.
