Colin Bell, the founder of Juice Games and non-executive chairman of Nomad Games, has joined Carbon Digital as non-executive director.
The MediaCityUK-based visual effects agency has made the move, following a year which has seen its annual turnover grow by more than 60%. This was aided by investment from Creative England’s Business Investment Fund, which helped it set up its game trailer division.
Bell has more than 25 years experience in development and production within the sector. Most notably with Juice where he transformed the start-up into a business with more than 90 staff and ultimately selling it to THQ.
The company has also announced the arrival of account manager, Edward White, who’ll be working across its broadcast and corporate work.
