At Lime, she will have overall responsibility for the firm’s flagship shows including The Only Way is Essex, Celebs Go Dating and Geordie Shore.

“I’m incredibly excited to be joining Lime and look forward to building on their existing success as well as leading the creative team in pushing the boundaries and expanding the slate across entertainment, reality and factual,” she said.

She will join the Liverpool firm in September and work out of its London office.

“We are absolutely thrilled that Sarah has accepted the opportunity to join us at Lime Pictures during such an exciting time for the company.  Her first class proven experience in being able to develop AND deliver top ratings reality and entertainment shows that undeniably appeal to both a mass audience and Lime’s ‘sweet spot’ of the 16-34 years olds will be a huge asset as we continue to grow the programme portfolio,” stated joint managing directors Kate Little and Claire Poyser.
