Stockport’s Purple Porcupine has promoted Dan Cahilll to managing director.

Previously the agency’s creative director, he’ll replace Gary Vere, who’s decided to step away from the company he founded in 2012.

“I’ve been working at PP for a year now and have loved every minute. The work we do is so varied, covering everything design, web and digital based, and we have a great team in place,” explained Cahill.

“When Gary offered me the chance to become MD there was no way I could say no! He’s done a fantastic job here already and we wish him the very best of luck in his new ventures.”

The firm works on digital, branding, print, advertising and digital output for clients including Stockport Council.
