iProspect has become the first agency to be certified by Sprinklr.
The firm, which has offices in Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle, will now house a Sprinklr team out of its London base.
Sprinklr describes itself as the world’s “most complete enterprise social technology,” with a fully integrated “social experience management” suite of software. Headquartered in New York, it aims to drive business outcomes and manage customer experiences and counts Microsoft, IHG and Nasdaq amongst its clients.

The move comes as social advertising is projected to be worth $41bn by the end of 2017.
