The Manchester agency has been tasked with creating and implementing a PR and communications campaign with the aim of boosting brand awareness and increase the company’s presence online.
Part of the activity will see research commissioned to investigate the working habits, attitudes and opinions of taxi drivers, and Refresh will also seek to build relationships with educational institutes and local councils.
