The first deadline for entries to the Prolific North Awards has now closed – but don’t worry, late entrants have until Friday to get theirs in.
A total of 23 award categories are open for entry – a full list of categories can be found here – and each entry costs £85 (plus VAT). The absolute final deadline for entries is Friday 26th February.
The shortlists will be announced on 18 March.
The awards, which will take place on Thursday 28th April at The Point, Lancashire County Cricket Club, will be hosted this year by comedian, actor, writer and radio presenter Justin Moorhouse.
An established favourite on the UK comedy circuit, Moorhouse is a well-known face thanks to his appearances on Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights and Live at the Apollo.
He’s also a regular on BBC Radio 5 live, talkSPORT and Key 103, and is the writer and star of Radio 4 sitcom Everyone Quite Likes Justin.
Our joint headline sponsors are Click Consult and dock10 for respectively their third and second years in a row: Prolific North would like to acknowledge and thank these two companies for their continuing support.
A number of new faces have joined the judging panel this year along with judges who have been with us from year one. Further information on our acclaimed industry professionals spanning the marketing, communications, broadcasting and digital sectors can be found here.
Other sponsors for the event include Pitch Consultants, Orchard and Met Marketing.
