Entries for the fourth annual Prolific North Awards, which will take place on Thursday 28 April, are now open for submission. The Awards have a new host for the evening in the shape of Justin Moorhouse; the comedian, actor, writer and radio presenter, at what is likely to be once again by some distance the largest single creative industries awards outside London in 2016.
Our joint headline sponsors are Click Consult and dock10 for respectively for their third and second years in a row: Prolific North would like to acknowledge and thank these two companies for their continuing support.
An established favourite on the UK comedy circuit, Moorhouse is a well-known face thanks to his appearances on Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights and Live at the Apollo.
He’s also a regular on BBC Radio 5 live, talkSPORT and Key 103, and is the writer and star of Radio 4 sitcom Everyone Quite Likes Justin.
A total of 23 award categories are now open for entry – a full list of categories can be found here.
The deadline for entries is Friday 19th February, with the shortlists announced on 18 March.
A number of new faces have joined the judging panel this year along with judges who have been with us from year one. Further information on our acclaimed industry professionals spanning the marketing, communications, broadcasting and digital sectors, can be found here.
Other sponsors for the event include Pitch Consultants, Orchard and Met Marketing.
