imgres-44A Cheshire company’s website advertisements for motorhome conversions have been banned by advertising watchdog.

The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) received two complaints about the ads from Lazy Days Motorhomes Conversions’ which claimed they were inaccurate.

When the ASA attempted to investigate further – they received no reponse from the Winsford company.

Ordering that the adverts be taken down, the ASA ruling today says: “The ASA was concerned by Lazy Days Motorhome Conversions Ltd’s lack of substantive response and apparent disregard for the Code, which was a breach of CAP Code (Edition 12) rule 1.7 (Unreasonable delay).

“We reminded them of their responsibility to provide a substantive response to our enquiries and told them to do so in future.”
