Trio of hires for Forward Role

imgres-40Digital marketing recruitment agency Forward Role has appointed a trio of people in the expectation that there will be a surge of jobs being created in the region.

The so-called Northern Powerhouse – now being headed by Stockton South MP James Wharton – is expected to see cities such as Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield become increasingly influential technology hubs.

Forward Role MD Steve Thompson, predicted a the soaring demand for digital roles: “Digital marketing is a fast growing sector and the demand for high-quality digital talent has really stretched our capacity on that side of the business over the last six months.”

In readiness, the Bolton-headquartered company’s senior digital consultant, Dominic Scales, will be joined by marketing manager, Alison Hart, and Adam Miller, a junior digital consultant.

Scales has a varied background of events marketing and sports account management, with clients such as Nike and NHS sales, as well as seven years of recruitment experience.

Hart previously worked in marketing roles for major brands including Siemens and Bank of America. She has also worked on a freelance basis to provide vital support for SMEs.
