Manchester-based skin treatment clinic, SkinViva, has appointed Ignite PR following a 3-way competitive pitch.
The agency, based at MediaCityUK, will start work on the account next week, which will involve growing the firm’s presence regionally and nationally.
“Our business has undergone a period of exceptional growth and we felt that now was the right time to bring on board a PR consultancy,” said Jo Jarman, SkinViva’s business development manager.
“We were impressed with Ignite’s enthusiasm, ideas and their proven track record of achieving sustained high impact coverage for their clients.”
Ignite will advise the firm on social media strategies and co-ordinate celebrity engagement.
“SkinViva is a real success story and they have ambitious further growth plans – we’re thrilled to be working with them,” said Martin Coutts, who will lead the account.
“Needless to say, you can expect to be hearing a lot about them in the coming weeks and months. We have a lot planned and can’t wait to get going.”
