The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has extended a long-running partnership with Agilio Software.

It means the Sheffield-based company will continue to produce its Clinical Knowledge Summaries (CKS) for at least 3 more years.

“We have always been incredibly proud of our long-standing relationship with NICE and this extension to our partnership for a further three years is a significant vote of confidence in our team,” said Medical Director of Agilio Software, Dr Gerry Morrow.

“We know that clinicians rely on CKS every day to give them the best advice when dealing with patients. We look forward to continuing to provide the highest quality of information so that patients receive the best possible quality of care.”

The two organisations have been working together for more than 20 years with Agilio Software providing clinical content for GPs and other healthcare professionals to support them in the diagnosis and treatment of all common conditions in primary care.

The CKS library is updated weekly and contains more than 375 clinical topics and 2000 patient scenarios. It’s used by 650k+ clinicians each month.
