Monday Moves: Tecmark, Refresh PR, Havas Lynx, Clear Marketing and more

This week we’ve put together a summary of all jobs and job news over the past week.

Last week we brought the significant news that the BBC now has more staff in the regions than it does in London, with MediaCityUK accounting for 17% of those.

Elsewhere in job news, Digital Next appointed Sherline Raj Kumanan to “spearhead a new direction” in its pay per click offering, Ray Mosley joined RetroFuzz from magneticNorth and Oonagh Spence moved to Citypress as an account director.

David Smalley, formerly of Insider Media, has joined Mix Media, Weber Shandwick Manchester has a new creative director and Rebecca Whittington, the head of news at the Yorkshire Post, has left to set up on her own.

This week on the jobs board, Tecmark has a number of vacancies. It’s looking for a Client Strategy Manager who can help “mould and shape the processes for handling clients’ day to day needs”. The role will suit an experienced account manager or client handler.

The digital agency is also looking for a Paid Media Manager who can develop its paid media offering into a “display, paid social and paid content promotion”. You’ll need two years’ experience.

Tecmark is also looking for a Front-end Web Developer and a Junior Front-end Web Developer.

Refresh PR has an opening for an Account Manager to join its team, preferably someone with “spark, infectious energy and determination”. You’ll need at least a year’s experience at senior account executive level.

Over at iProspect Manchester, there’s a job going as a Paid Search Manager where you’ll be tasked with running a team to meet deadlines and produced work “to the highest of standards”.

Havas Lynx has several jobs going, including an Account Director. A “skilled relationship developer” would be ideal, and you’ll be working with clients across the pharma sector.

It also needs a Creative who can “generate meaningful responses to the most challenging briefs”. You could currently be a designer or art director.

The Manchester-based agency also has opportunities for an Account Manager, Planner and Copy Writer.

Finally this week, Clear Marketing is after an Account Manager to work on “one of the UK’s leading, premium housebuilder accounts”.
