Kenyon Fraser are seeking an experienced web developer to work within their digital team. As a multi-disciplined marketing agency your role will involve working on a varied range of projects. You will support the digital director in developing innovative solutions to meet client briefs, and provide leadership to the development team.
As part of your role you will be expected to liaise with clients to ensure project progression, develop project plans and ensure development schedules are met. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strategic thinking to bring added value to both client requirements and development process.
Essential Skills
Project management – You will be required to lead on project development on a number of projects.
Client liaison – Following initial specification you will ensure clients are updated on project progress.
You will be able to demonstrate a track record in delivering bespoke web solutions for clients.
Strong development skills in a Microsoft Environment including .NET (VB/C#)
HTML / CSS / Javascript / JQuery
Desired Skills
Open source CMS experience (WordPress / Drupal)
A strong understanding of SEO principles and their practical application
A strong understanding of marketing solutions
Hours and environment
You will be working in a large multi-disciplined agency and be required to support all departments in delivering digital output. You may be required to travel to attend client meetings.
You will be required to work on a number of different projects including B2B, B2C and public sector projects.
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 dependent on experience.
Applicants must have a minimum 5 years development experience, and clearly be able to demonstrate input at strategic level. Preferably applicants will have been the development lead on several projects, with examples of solutions in which they have interpreted client requirements through to delivery.
